Report exterior equipment opend and or damage

One of our communities external equipment in the common area has been open and has no lock. can someone come repair it?

Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. Please send us a message with your first and last name, as well as house numbers to your service address. To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it”
