Provision more than one custsomer owned modem?

  Is there any restriction on provisioning more than one modem for the same account?  I have a customer owned modem and I'm thinking of buying a second one as a spare.  They're really cheap, after all...  I'd like to have the second one on the shelf, provisioned and all ready to plug in, should the first one die for any reason.
