Ports closed

I am trying to access port forwarding sending it to a specific IP. I am using port 80 and 11102. I recently called comcast and they said everything was set up properly (i.e. no firewall issues or improper settings) but the ports are still closed. I am tring to create remote access for our work units to be able to be accessed over the internet. I have succesfully been able to create that through our local network and would like to access it from home now. 

 

Please help. Really need to get this working.
