Password reset request and low Internet speed
Dear Comcast,
First, could you please reset password on my SMC modem?
Second, recently I am getting a pretty low Internet speed for a Business Class Internet. About 12Mbps download and 6Mbps upload according to Comcast Internet speed test (http://speedtest.comcast.net/). Could you please check my line?
