need to turn off security edge
From prior experience I know that this cannot be turned off by the customer but support staff are able to do it. How do I get that process started?

Hello @ppm_RDV. If you want to disable settings, or make changes to the settings you can log into the Edge portal. If you want the service removed, our Business phone support team can be reached by calling 1(800)391-3000.
