Need to reset my Comcast Business Gateway username and password

Hello!

I am trying to set up a guest wifi network from my Business Gateway and forgot my gateway username and password.  Is there any way to reset them to the default cusadmin and highspeed?

@user_fbf90f. We can most likely do that for you and need to check. Please direct message your name, address, and phone number on the account. 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
  • - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it"
