My APC power backup is beeping and the tech stop by and state it does not offer the UPS replacement any more

Hi. Our APC battery backup unit has started emitting a beeping sound since weekend. The display is showing that the battery is no longer being charged. I call the support and can sent a tech out. But the tech state they no longer replace the APC battery. 

Is that the case? If so what should I do with the UPS?

Thanks for meeting us here in our community about the APC power backup, @jensenleung. Sorry to hear it's emitting a beeping sound. Did tech support offer a different option since they no longer replace the APC battery?

No other option at all. He left without doing anything

it is not the battery on the modem. The modem don't have batteries a option at all. It is the battery in the APC unit that comes with connections pro.
