How do I know if I need to replace my backup battery?
I received a letter saying that I MAY need to replace my backup battery. I looked online and it says that if the light is solid you're good, if it's blinking you may need to replace it, if it's off check to make sure it's connected. Is the light on the battery itself (I couldn't find one) or on a chip that the battery is connected to?

Hello VEDA and welcome to Forums. The light that is being referred to is the light on the modem, there shouldnt be any lights no the battery. As the interent reported if the light is solid then you are good.
