How do I get the Gateway user ID and password reset

I was actually looking for a ticket system to request a password reset for our gateway, but I guess posting to the forum is the process. Please reset the password on our gateway.

Welcome TFOA.  The gateway username/password has been set to the defaults.

At this time Comcast does not provide online ticketing for Business customer issues. Business customers can obtain immediate assistance for all service issues from the Business Service Center@1-800-391-3000.
