How do I get a firm rollback on my CBR-T

A 3:00 am firmware update has crippled my CBR-T router.

My static IP's are not longer reachable.

My LAN Access to the router has been disabled, sends me to the myrouter.io error page.

This has basically shut out all my work-from-home users and killed email access.

I have a ticket number in with front line support but nothing is happening.

Greetings, @TheTroupe! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your router, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance. It sounds like you have already reached out to our front line support, which is definitely the best way to handle something like this. How long ago did you put in the ticket?

The "ticket" was issues on Friday morning.  I called in again Saturday afternoon and I was told the ticket had been "assigned".  I have seen this issue in the past, there should be a simple rollback process and report the problem(s) that the overnight download created.

Thank you for clarifying. I'm wondering why this one is taking so long. If you could send our team a private message with your full name, the business name listed on the account, and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

Thanks James_H

Sent the info to Comcast Business.  There was no "Comcast Business Support" in the chat area.
