Hi there, user_f887ef! Usually if you are due for an upgrade you would receive an email. Is there an issue with your equipment that prompted you to look into this?

Received an email for an account but would like to see if maybe our other accounts may be due for an upgrade but don't want to be on the phone for a while since we have 40+ accounts. Is there a way I can email someone with the list and they can inform me if they are?

There isn't a way to get an email with equipment upgrades for each account you have. I'd take it one account at a time and if there is an account that needs an update (because you were emailed about it) I'd make the changes recommended. That or you can just upgrade everything to the latest equipment all at once.
