Equipment Fee?
Since Comcast allows business customers to use their own modem, do I have to pay this fee anymore if I use my own modemm

ewatts76 is right. No equipment fee if you have your own modem. Here's a link to modems we support:

Please also keep in mind that statics from Comcast Business would not work without leased equipment. Let me know if you need anything.

Thank you for reponding.
However, CS rep told me yesterday that since I have Voice service, I have to use (rent) Comcast modem which means I still have to pay 14.95 for equipment fee even I could use my own internet modem.

Since you do have our business class voice services, that would be correct. The equipment fee would remain. However, if you lease both internet and voice equipment, there is only a single equipment charge. Please let me know if you need anything.
