CUSADMIN PASSWORD RESET

I lost the cusadmin password for comcast business router and the default "highspeed" password doesn't work.

Can I please have it defaulted?

One of the first things I always think of is the login page, 10.1.10.1. That is usually a huge help for a lot of things in regard to the modems. Let me know if that helped or not.
