comcast business gateway (Http;//10.1.10.1) username & password

i need comcast business gateway (Http;//10.1.10.1) username & password.

my modem model is smcd3g-ccr.

i tried cusadmin/highspeed.

massage from webpage " The login attempt failed."

please, tell me how to get a my gateway username & password....thank you!!

Must be directly connected 1-4 ports on the router.

I have had problems also getting the router to accept the password.

When that happens try removing the power from the router for a few seconds plug back in then wait about 4 or 5 min. for it to boot back up.   Then try again.

This has worked for me.  

You don't really want to push that little reset button in the back if you have static IP's for a business router.   Or a tech might/will have to come out and enter all the settings again. Before he gets there you will not have any Internet!

You could do this yourself by factoy resetting the modem but this would put all the settings back to default. So, we can do this for you on our end so you do not end up loosing all of your settings. Can you please send us a private message with your name, the full address, and the account or phone number?
