Closing port 49592

I have been told that I need to close / filter port 49592 so that I can become PCI compliant.  I go to my router but I don't know how to close the port.  They tell me it must be done on the network firewall.  Can anyone explain to this techinally challenged person how to accomplish this task.

@user_f0864c .

  •
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Comcast Business" in the "To:" line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.
