Cisco log-in

I can't log-in to my Cisco DPC3939B. Defaults, cusadmin and highspeed do not work. I reset the router several times but no change. Also my network key has changed and I can't access the WiFi. I believe I have been hacked. If you can reset my configuration that would probably do it. Am I on the right track?
