Cannot log into BWG router using http://10.1.10.1
When I try to log into our new BWG DPC3941B router I get the message "This site can’t be reached. 10.1.10.1 took too long to respond." I also tried https:// and got the same error message. I can ping 10.1.10.1 and I have tried using different browsers and computers with the same results. I have verified that the router is using the 10.1.10.1 address.

I was able to log in after rebooting the router. This is going to become frustrating if this is a normal occurance.

I apologize for my late response to your post. I can push a factory rest to your modem to see if it helps resolve this issue. This process is usually fast but can take up to 40 minutes to complete. Do you have a preferred time of day for such a reset (AM|PM)?
