Cannot access my router

It just clocks when I try to https into my gateway (SMCD3G-CCR). I know I am using the correct URL and believe it has to do with a change I made to the gateway.  Everything else works fine.  How can I fix this?

Hello tgoyette,

 

You modem has been refreshed and password has been set back to default, and smartpacket detection has been disabled no other settings have been changed. Can you please plug directly into the modem and let us know if you are able to login now?
