Bury my line

My internet has been active for 7 months my line has been draped across my yard for 7 months. I try to have it resolved and they send a service technician that say my internet works fine instead of a crew to get the line buried like I have asked for multiple times. I was told within 2 weeks of installation.  I think you must have meant 2 years. I am extremely dissatisfied and will be happy to recommend Comcast as well as they have met my needs
