Blocking outgoing ports on Cisco dpc3939b

Just got online with business internet and a Cisco DPC3939B was furnished. I can't find a user guide anywhere. I want to block an outgoing port but can't find it in the user interface.Can anyone help? Thanks!

I don't think the DPC3939B has outgoing port blocking as a feature; all i'm seeing is inbound port blocking, and it appears that can only be configured for public static IP devices, not internal clients (10.1.10.x). Looks like you will need to use a separate router/firewall to block outgoing ports.
