Bandwidth utilization

Not sure why having a simple MRTG graph is unattaintable for business class Internet. I have never seen this before.

 

PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH MRTG GRAPHS.

 

Not having them makes it impossible to track down network performance issues.

This isn't true.  All you need to do is go out and purchase a decent managed ethernet switch plug the modem in that and you can run mrtg to query the switch and get all the graphing you want.

 

Now if you were bitching about the lack of Netflow data I might be more sympathetic!!!
