Bandwidth utilization

Why doesn't Comcast provide its business class customers any information on bandwidth utilization?  We'd like to know how much of our "pipe" we are utilizing so we can see trends and types of packets.  Even something like providing simple MRTG views of the Comcast router interface would be helpful.  Is there a reason for keeping us in the dark?

Welcome wagnerp. At this time network management functionality is not available on the Small Business Internet Gateways. This capability is available with Enterprise and PRI service level devices. We will update the Product Team with your information.

Thanks, I can understand not offering network management, I'm just looking for network visibility. Let me know what the Product Team thinks...

Any updates on this?  I too would simply like to track how much bandwith we

are using each month, without having to download a third party app on every

single device.
