Activating customer owned SB6141 - cannot complete online - support very slow

Hi,

   My SB6121 died and I purchased a SB6141 to replace it. Level 1 support can't seem to activate it, and online support does not work. Been waiting for 7 hours+ for a call from level 2 support. How can I get this resolved in a timely fashion?
