Unable to locate where to change DNS records
Hello,
We use comcast business and it currently hosts our DNS records.
In the past I went to :
https://businessclass.comcast.net/wpportal/appmanager/cbc/wp?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=visitorhome
To update those records without issue.
I guess that interface has changed at some point because when I tried to do so today I was unable.
It looks like I should access "My Services" under "My Account" to do the same thing, but that just tells me that I have no services to manage.
Not sure where to go from there, please let me know what additional info is needed.
Thanks.

Hello Blindeen,
Welcome to the forum.
To make any changes to your Comcast hosted domain, please use the following steps.
1.Sign into the Business Class Portal as a Primary Manager and select Websites from the Manage Services menu.
2.Select the Edit website link from the menu of the left side to load the Sitecontrol window.
3.Select the Domain Name link under Manage Services to load the Domain Names page.
4.Click Edit to the right of the domain to be transferred.
5.The Domain Summary screen will load.
6.Select the Advanced DNS settings.
Thank you

Hi VUEWorks. Changes to the DNS settings for your domain can be made on the Control Panel. To access the Contron Panel. Sign into the account using the administrator login & password. Click the My account tab & the the website tab. Under the website tab, click manage website, then the Domain Name tab. The edit DNS option located under the Domain Name tab will allow you make the necessary changes.
Thank You

Comcast_John,
I guess that's the crux of my problem.
When I log in as our administrator I don't see those options anymore in the new layout you guys have.
Under My Account I have "Manager Tools" and "My Services."
Manager Tools just has Bills, Users, Account Details.
My Services informs me "Sorry, you don't have the permission or services to access this page."
Granted, it's probably been more than a year since I've had to do this but I'm not seeing anything like that.
It's obviously all still working since, you know, our websites aren't offline I just don't seem to be able to access it anymore.

Hi VUEWorks. The email address ending in shows as the only administrator account. If you are using a different email account we can set the correct permission levels.
Thank You

That's the one I'm logging in as: VUEWorks@VUEWorks.comcastbiz.net.
Maybe creating a new account and promoting that one to administrator might do it?

John,
I created a new user. My permission options were Billing and Services manager.
I applied both to that user but when I log in I still don't see the options you are referecing.
Is there a direct URL I can use to reference this control panel?
It doesn't show up in the menu anymore for us in this new UI you guys have.
That or there may be something that needs to be looked at in regards to our account.
Thanks.

HI VUEWorks. Yes that certainly is an option as well as promoting an existing account. Also please clear the cache/history. Please let us know if annditonal changes are required.
Thank You

I still don't have a resolution for this.
What do we need to do in order to be able to get access to that menu?
