Time for more reverse DNS/PTR record updates
It's time to add more PTR records and per the last conversation I had with the support team via private message it's apparently a violation to initiate private messages to the support team without first requesting support in a public message so.... here's me requesting PTR updates publicly so that y'all can tell me to contact you via private message with the details. I need to update both IPv4 and IPv6 PTR records.

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business"
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select “Comcast Business" from that list
• - A “Comcast_Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Just got the call stating that the IPv4 PTR records have been updated and I have confirmed. The IPv6 records are in progress - I was advised to check back in a week.
