Static IP Lost

After a reset of the modem we have lost our static IP and been assigned a new one. I saw an old forum topic where people had the same issue and got it fixed by posting here and being helped by the staff (since it cannot be fixed from the user side).

 

This is actually very urgent and costing us heavily with our user base, but we can't get through by phone...

Welcome reng.  If you will send me a PM with your account number, contact info and the Static IP data I will engage the Tier 2 group to assist in resolution.

Hey, thanks. Luckly I finally got through on the phone and got it resolved. Unfortunately they set the static ip to the wrong address (and then later argued with me that it was, in fact, the right address), so I'm stuck going through a bunch of servers and changing firewalls and host files, but at least it's static again.
