Static IP Address setup

I called helpdesk and a ticket was created and forward to tier 2 already.  It has been 4 hours and still no responses.  I didn't think it will take this long to change it on the modem.  I have customers and employees that are waiting for the changes to comoplete.  Is there anyway to get them to expedite the ticket CR437058634?

Send a PM to "Comcast_Jon" or any of the red-highlighted users here; they are reps who can escalate things for you.

 

One thing, I have experienced modems that cannot, for some reason, take the static IP configuration without first being factory-reset, or that have problems upgrading from 1 to 5 or 13 address configurations without a reset. You MIGHT try that, then call in & ask for your modem to be provisioned again with the static IPs.
