Set up PTR Record for static IP

Hello Comcast Business!

 

 

I currently have a ticket open for setting up a PTR Record.

 

I'm sort of in a pinch and could use it as soon as possible, they said it could be up to 48 hours which has me nervous.

 

The ticket # is CR392956578.

 

If you could help expedite it that'd be great!

Hi Ryan.  The requested PTR has been added to the Comcast Servers.  Query ns1.comcastbusiness.net for verification.  Also dnsgoodies.com is a good independent site for verification of internet propagation.
