reverse ip broken

Many months ago I set up reverse IP through Comcast Business for my domain, sanacacio.net. It is no longer working. I'd appreciate your help in restoring this needed service.

Please send a private message by clicking the direct messaging chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.

Thanks for the quick reply. When I enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" field I see a pulldown menu. But none of the entries say "Xfinity Support." In the past I have used  "Comcast Business," so unless otherwise advised, I will use that now.
