Reverse DNS

Hi.  I need a reverse DNS entry made for an IP address.  Who do I contact at Comcast for this?

I hate to necro a thread but i've been on the phone with support for a week trying to get a PTR/DNS record setup for my static IP. I've DMed the "Comcast Business" with a blue checkmark that shows member since Dec. 13th 2020. How long does it take for a response? Not sure what comcast recently changed but our reverse DNS now shows no domain and has kicked our email server onto many providers reject lists.

Welcome to the Xfinity Forum and thank you for posting your question here. We ask that you first start any Xfinity Forum interaction by posting your concern in the most appropriate related public board. From there you will start receiving responses right away. Sometimes you may receive a reply from an employee, but more likely, you will receive assistance from another Comcast customer. If you do receive a reply from an employee, they will invite you to send us a direct message if needed. We ask that you please refrain from sending any employee, our XfinitySupport team, or any Xfinity Forum user an unsolicited direct message. Sending unsolicited direct message is a violation of both our Xfinity Forum Guidelines and our Xfinity Forum Acceptable Use Policy. Please remember, by having an account and utilizing these forums, you have already agreed to the rules, policies, and guidelines contained within those documents as well as any other posted documents throughout the community. Were you speaking with a member of our Comcast Business tech support team on your prior interactions calling?

Thomas, I'm trying to get a PTR record setup for one of my static IPs. I've already contacted my alternate ISP and had this taken care of in about 10 minutes. I've been on the phone with business support for a week now and haven't been able to accomplish this task. I've been promised multiple callbacks that never happen and been assured that my issue has been escalated to tier2 but no one seems to know who/where tier2 is  only that tickets go to them. This is causing quite a bit of issue with one of our servers and i'd like to get this resolved ASAP as upper management gets testy when the email doesn't flow.
