Reverse DNS for Static IPs
Hey Support,
I've got a few PTR entries I need setup for my static IPs, I'd prefer not to post them here for obvious reasons though. Is there a form or someone I should PM for this?
Thanks!

HI adams. Please send me a private message with the IP address, the server name or domain name that they should resolve to and the associated account number and I will have the Server Admin input the request.
Thank You

I did just what you're asking this user to do on my FreeBSD but the domain name does not resolve and this domain has been online since 1995. Pretty familiar with the process.

What Operating system? If windows, you do that from the property of tcp/ip but different ways to get there depending on the version of Windows.

Hi John,
I cannot locate your email address to forward my hosts to be included in the resolve or reverse file. My hosts do not resolve. I sent you my email already.

Hello Norwoh,
Sorry for the delay on my reply.
I've just sent you a private message with the needed information for RDNS/PTR DNS entry.
Please reply when you can.
Thank you
