reverse DNS delegation?

I have a /28 block and would like to request reverse DNS delegation of my IP block via RFC 2317. Does comcast provide this service? thanks!

I have never been able to get a straight answer from Comcast regarding reverse DNS delegation for RFC 2317 style addressing.  The salesman that sold me the Business Class service assured me that they would be able to set it up after we signed up, but it has never been done.  I am leaving Comcast as a customer.
