reset email password without loosing emails?

Hi, I made my email act, but the temp password I didn't get to use because my computer restarted right after I made it.  I would delete and try to make a new one, but I told of the addy I was making, and have 3 emails in there.  I don't see a forgot/reset password anywhere, is there anything that I can do?   the email is tom@itsgatedgames.com
