Request for a PTR record

Hi, I tried to DM, but there is no one call "Comcast Business" but "comcast_business". Who should I contact for PTR record now?

Hello @user_3fdad6, thanks for taking the time to reach out on our Business Forums. We appreciate you being a customer with us, and we value your business. My team is here to help and would love to assist you with this PTR record request. 

 

In order to send us a Direct Message, you must first author a Public Post with your account needs/concerns. I did complete that for you, and you should be able to send us a Direct Message following the steps below. 

 

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
  • - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send it

There is no "Comcast Business" ID at that list, did it change to "ComcastBiz Support"
