Remove Domain from SecurityEdge Blocklist
One of our domains used for sending out critical alarms for customer's automation systems is blocked by Comcast SecurityEdge. We need this removed as soon as possible as customers with Comcast internet are unable to reach our email server. We are not listed on any blacklists as well.
It is unacceptable for us to ask 300+ customers to call Comcast to have SecurityEdge disabled.
I have already submitted a request at https://spa.xfinity.com/report but this mostly applies to business customers.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Comcast Business" in the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
