PTR record

I recently switched to Comcast Business to run my domain, sanacacio.net. Although I set up a PTR record at my DNS provider, dyndns.com, reverse lookup is still pointing to 173-163-247-206-BusName-albuquerque.hfc.comcastbusiness.net.

Please tell me how to proceed with a request to Comcast to correct this.
