PTR record

I would like some PTR records changed for my /29. How is that accomplished? Can I open a ticket somewhere?

RCSheets. The Business Service Center @ 1-800-391-3000 is available 24X7 and will assist with all service related issues. Alternately if you send a PM to me or any Forum Admin we will route it to the Server Admin for input.

Using the forum as though it were a ticketing system, starting a topic and then sending a PM to a forum administrator, seems to be the more effective way to go. I'd suggest trying that, since the phone support is by all accounts terrible, and there is no customer-facing ticketing system.

It surprises me that there's no way to send email or log in to a ticketing system to open such a request, but I suppose I'll PM you. I don't feel like calling and waiting on hold for something this simple.

Unfortunately Jon, I called that number, and it was nothing but a call tree. And no option other than cable service was represented.
