Hello stcoleman,

Sorry for the late reply to your question.

DNS entry record control really depends how your domain was originally setup.

If recently activated your domain within MyAccount then you should have full access using your primary email account.

However, if your domain is part of our "legacy" domains then our technical support team has to update it for you.

Easiest way to discern if the domain is in legacy status is to check it on 3rd party site such as mxtoolbox.com.

Please note the "NS" entry and if it returns as an example: ns1.comcastbusiness.net.

This may be a legacy domain and to update it please call our technical support at: 1-800-391-3000

Thank you

I have tried exhaustively to get help...  tier 2 support has all but stopped answering me.  the old NS1 servers show that no a: records exist for my domain ncc-bridges.com so my outlook email has stopped working on all machines and nobody seems to be able to help.

Can You.... Please?

Hello Jon2014,

Welcome to the forum.

Sorry for the late reply to your request and trouble you had with our tier 2 supports.

Please send me the following information via pm (private message) so I may assist:

1. Your Full Name

2. Your Account Number

Additionally can you clarify for me the following items?

1. Can you send/receive email from the webmail?

2. What version Outlook do you have?

Thank you

(Please ignore this post if your issue has been resolved.)
