user_rye23 Thanks for posting on our community forums. Unfortunately, this is not a process we can complete from here. You would have to reach out to the domain holder or whoever you purchased/rented the domain from. I hope this helps.

Yes, you do. Comcast hosted our DNS record. I usually just email your comcast engeineer to add DNS record for me. The person I used to contact with is no longer with comcast.

There are two email address I used to send email to but no longer working:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Comcast Business" in the to line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
