Need Reverse DNS Setup

Hi there, thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to the Digital Care Team here through the forums. We know that having your DNS corrected is important and you have reached the right team to help get this taken care of. Can you please send us a private message with your name, the full address, the account number, the mail server, and IP address? 

4 days and no resolution/action.  I sent another PM.  Unfortunately, this is typical of Comcast.
