Need rDNS entry request #3
I made 2 requests by phone. No problem on other domain name and IP. This one has not gotten resolved over the last 2 months. Good thing I'm not running a business or anything... The most expensive INternet in the world and why can't I get a DNS record changes in a timely fashion?
Why is their no online ticketing system for BC users, or even support email addresses available?
Comcast_AnybodyOfficial, please help resolve and reply how this can be handled outside of forums.
