Need help accessing and checking DNS records
As of yesterday all of our email address's dissapeared from our account. Now, today, I can't access our DNS records to see the MX or A records. No one on phone tech support has enough technical knowledge to understand what we're asking. Can anyone help?

For the last 4 years my travelling employees have been accessing their email while on the road via https://webmail.hmc1.comcast.net/
As of today, none of their accounts work, nor does mine. This is the error message we get
"The mailbox may be stored on a Microsoft Exchange 2000 or Microsoft Exchange 2003 server, or the Active Directory user account was created recently and has not yet replicated to the Active Directory site where this Client Access server is hosted."
When I log in to our account via business.comcast.com and look in our account profile, it shows no email accounts even exist...
Any thoughts on what might have happened here? Need access as no employee can access email remotely now.

Hello Inno,
Welcome to the forum.
Sorry for the late reply to your question.
The community would like to help but can you clarify a few items for us?
1. What is your domain name?
2. Have you try to access the webmail directly from the MyAccount portal instead of the site bookmark?
Thank you
