Manage Domain never shows up.

Trying to use my existing domain lloving.com with Comcast. Followed the steps in the support article "Use Your existing domain name with Comcast Business email and web hosting"

 

Manage Domains never shows up in the "My Website" window as indicated in Step 8 of the above mentioned document.

 

Need a resolution to this by 6/30/2014!

Hello lloving and welcome,

 

The Business Class Portal (BCP) register existing domain specifically refers to the 3 page free website that Comcast provides to Internet Service customers with the starter webhosting package. So your lloving.com domain shown below:

which apparently is your existing domain you can bring under the Comcast email umbrella by  Use your existing domain name with Comcast Business email and web hosting no problem. It typically takes about 8-24 hours for this to be processed by Comcast. So, if you log into the BCP tomorrow, then go to Manage Services.Websites and click View DNS Info, this will show you all your existing domains and all domain addresses associated to each.

24 hours sice setring up the CNAME. Still no response.
