Lost Static IP

Co-worker put our Router into Bridge Mode, to get it out of bridge mode he did a reset and now we have lost our Static IP. 

How do we get it back?

Also like many here I have DPC3941B, I want to use Bridge Mode but as my co-worker found out you lose your static ip in Bridge mode.

My DPC3941B does not have any setting for "pass through" or True Static IP Port Management.
