Kudos to @Comcast_Jon for Expedient Reverse DNS/PTR Changes

Hi All,

I just wanted to take a quick moment and send out a public thank you to @Comcast_Jon for taking care of a reverse DNS/PTR change we needed for our static IP addresses. Kudos to @Comcast_Jon for great work done quickly and correctly!

Too often we complain of poor service for lots of things, but, in due fashion we should also call out great service when we get it.
