Just cut over to Comcast Fiber and we need to move all DNS Entry from old ISP to Comcast

Hi there,

I called the ECC this moring and the tech said they gave me the ticket number and said will call me back within 1 to 4 hours and I don't want to wait that long. Is there a fastest way to speed up this process?

Hello ryeung23 and welcome,

You can log into your Comcast gateway with a laptop or computer using ethernet cable connected to any Comcast Gateway (CG) LanPorts 1-4 on the rear. Then bring up a browser go to 10.1.10.1, username=cusadmin, password=highspeed, then jump into your LAN area and set up your DNSs where ever you need them to be.

Hope this helps you out.

Thanks for your info but I am talking about the Public DNS record, and we are using the fiber connecton not the gateway.

Oh, okay sorry you are a trial fiber customer is this correct?  What Comcast device do you use to connect to the internet?
