I need Comcast to set up reverse dns for my static ipv6 address
Hello. Reverse DNS is not properly set up at Comcast for my static ipv6 address. (ipv4 is set up ok.) When I query my ipv6 address with dig -x, the output shows it mapped to comcast.net instead of to my domain, [Edited: "Personal Information"]. This is causing gmail to reject some mail from my domain.
Please advise.

Hello, user_gljo12! We are happy to help. We can put in a ticket to have the Comcast Business Advanced team update the IPv6 address. Please send us a direct message with your first and last name, the address where your account is located, and your phone number.
To send a direct chat message to "Comcast Business":
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or go to https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
- A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it"
