forward DNS broken

I'm trying to figure out how one would go about getting forward DNS working.  Reverse seems just fine, resolves to a 

static.hfc.comcastbusiness.net address, but doing a forward on that address fails.  Any pointers?

Specifically, I guess I'm looking for a PTR.  Can anyone from comcast help?
