Domain Changes broken

I have had a ticket open for this for weeks... But really, what I really need is my A-Record for the following domains changed to the following static IP address:

rayrandolph.com : --.--.117.97

randolph.to: --.--.117.97

lindarandolph.com: --.--.117.97

Is that so hard?  It seems like a 5 minute change so that people can hit my webpage.
