"Bring Domain" Error

Hello,

I am preparing for our install of High Speed Internet.  We will need to move our DNS zone over to Comcast (forward and reverse).  I have started the proces by entering our domain name into the "bring domain" area, but I get an error to contact the system administrator.  Can someone help me proceed?
